BECOME A HOOP YOUR BODY FITNESS COACH This training program includes Levels 1, 2, and 3 and takes place over two weekends. In our training, we combine the Maxximus hoop with dynamic moves from a variety of fitness and dance styles, incorporating kickboxing and step aero elements. You'll receive all the essential tools to get started right away after the training. You, and subsequently your future students, will absolutely love this training! We promise!
